Luke Wright is a poetry compere and a founder of aisle16, a performance poetry group based in Norwich. He has also performed alongside poetry luminaries such as John Cooper Clarke and Martin Newell. At this year’s Glastonbury he won the poetry slam competition in such an inimitable fashion that Rod Stewart dedicated his whole set to him. All of this despite being barely old enough to order a bottle of alco-pops from the bar. Young females in the audience will no doubt swoon to his good looks and natural onstage charisma whilst old codgers will nod sagely and remark, "You’ll go far my son", in an unconvincing attempt at worldly-wiseness.
